U.S. Embassy: Burn Qur'an Actions Terrible

"We strongly believe in freedom of religion and freedom of opinion, both are universal rights enshrined in the U.S. Constitution and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. We emphasize once again our position that the deliberate destruction of any holy book is a terrible deed , "Belmont said.
The entire staff of the U.S. Embassy in Indonesia, said the Belmont, also congratulated Eid for Muslims in Indonesia. "We understand and appreciate the warmth of the spirit of peace, begged forgiveness, and compassion that characterize this sacred moment for Indonesia and Muslims around the world," said Belmont.
